Melinda’s Red Savina Hot Sauce
This Melinda’s Red Savina Hot Sauce is quite spicy and relies very much on the pepper itself in terms of flavour. With 675,000 SHU, the Red Savina pepper is seriously hot, so this sauce is definitely hotter than Melinda’s Habanero sauces. The usual ingredients have been used for the balance in the sauce: carrot, onion and garlic. A great sauce if you want to add that recognizable pepper flavour to your dishes and in that respect it is very versatile!
