This Poirier’s Louisiana Style K.O. Edition is the hotter version of the original Poirier’s Louisiana Style Hot Sauce. A special collaboration between two of the absolute best in their own scene: Dustin Poirier (UFC) and Heartbeat Hot Sauce Co. Together they created a classic Louisiana style hot sauce with its signature flavor of vinegar, fermented cayenne peppers, celery and garlic that they’ve now given an extra kick by adding Ghost Pepper powder. And you can definitely feel that! Furthermore, the taste has not changed much and you’re treated to a delicious hot sauce that you can throw on everything, but which is especially delicious with Cajun style recipes.
